Quick check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast could use improvement but nice pools, comfortable bed.

The indoor pool was a perfect retreat after our long days, and I loved the complimentary coffee station that was always stocked. The warm welcome from the staff made our stay feel special.

Comfortable room, convenient location. the seasonal outdoor pool provided a refreshing break after a day of exploring, and the fitness center had excellent equipment to keep up with my routine.

We had a fantastic stay in a clean King Room with plenty of space for our kids to play. The indoor pool was a hit with them, and the breakfast every morning was freshly prepared with various options, including waffles that the kids loved!

My children wanted more snack options available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The facilities were amazing, especially the fitness center our kids loved. Plus, they provided us with treats for our two dogs—a great touch! Everything felt welcoming and homey during our visit.

While the pool was a nice private retreat, there was a noticeable lack of follow-up from the staff regarding a lost item, which was frustrating. Additionally, a few more snack options would have enhanced the experience.

However, the customer service experience fell short. there seemed to be a lack of communication regarding my forgotten item, leading to frustration over shipping charges. Additionally, the general follow-up after this issue was inadequate, leaving me without a timely resolution.

The lobby and common areas were well kept and inviting, providing ample seating and beautiful decor that made moving around easy for seniors. A welcoming atmosphere with fresh cookies in the lobby added a lovely touch to our stay.

More snack options for seniors would be nice.

The location was prime, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Our King Room was super comfy and clean, and having the indoor pool to ourselves was a real treat.

During my stay, I ventured out to the nearby Overtime Sports Bar & Grill, and it was an absolute culinary treasure. The burgers were juicy and loaded, giving me the perfect fuel for my Clarksville adventures. Plus, our King Room, Non-Smoking was clean and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. And can we talk about the breakfast? It was a solid spread, truly a morning feast! No complaints there!

On the flip side, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, which put a slight damper on an otherwise stellar stay. I mentioned it at checkout, but the receptionist seemed more focused on paperwork than solutions. Still, everything else made it all shine bright in my memory of Clarksville!
